The Beginning

Once upon a time, there was an abandoned building lot waiting at the end of a cul-de-sac. Perhaps the embankment on the terrain discouraged development because of the complexity of the foundation. Perhaps it was just bad luck. Either way, the abandoned lot needed a finishing touch to complete the cul-de-sac. We close the chapter with a dream home for a large family. We compensated for the impractical, sloping garden with an emphasis on living terraces that balance the built-up area of the house. Half-full, brick railings help strike a balance between a sense of privacy and beautiful views. It's not the end, it's the beginning.
