After the Hayloft
Housing with current standards powered by a pair of geothermal wells will grow here on the site of an old hayloft. The contradictory task of combining the contemporary building program of a smaller house with the massive silhouette of the original barn is solved by overhanging the roof in three directions and creating dry, closable terraces. With the house, we are involved in the local cultural landscape with the help of citation of selected elements that can be found in older buildings in the area.
