Neighborhood is an experimental development project. The idea is based on a mutual community, choosing future neighbors in walking area. The Neighborhood area was designed in the context of a unique natural and urban location on premises which were originally designed for banal suburban villas. Neighbors are selected based on complex questionnaires and recommendations. Therefore it is not only money you need to build a house there. A similar seemingly paradoxical marketing strategy has been long-proven in products such as Roll-Royce, and also at the beginning of Gmail. It is always an outstanding product on the market, not necessarily luxury.
